What we collect, and why

When you email or call us, we collect the information you choose to give — typically your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

Our website may collect basic, aggregated analytics (such as pages visited and general location) to help us understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use this to identify you personally.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers that help us run our business (for example, email and hosting), who process it on our instructions. We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or our working relationship, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
